Brahman as per RigVeda means "Ultimate or Supreme Reality". This word is used in the Bhagavad Gita as well. The heart of Rig Veda is that there is Brahman from which all life emanates from. Each one of us has a small essence of it in us. When we say Namaskar and bring our palms together, that has a MEANING (it is not a random gesture).
