the theory in your description WOULD be relevant.. if the earth was the center of the universe.. and / or if the concepts 'center', 'sphere', 'time', and 'speed' were, at all, more than just man-made concepts.

the design you (or whoever made this) has here, is more of a primitively structured design of the human thought process, if anything.
