it is Hanuman dandakam , you can say it Hanuman Chalisa in telugu language,but to be real, you do not have any vedic version of hanuman chalisa, coz hanuman chalisa was written by great devotee Tulsi das ,if you are looking for Hanuman chalisa either in audio ( no instruments, i am not sure if i can find it )or text format let me know, i will try to find out.
