^yes but that costs extra and for what you get in my opinion is not worth it compared to what other parks offer for the same price.
Not being a downer just for someone who has an AP and already pays a lot to go to Disneyland to pay 40 more for candy, characters and people dressed up is not the best deal Disney offers.

Noting that the resort only had 15 days to put everything up so that way the main rides wouldnt be down for too long...with that in mind, i guess you can't please everyone.
DCA IS doing something for halloween- It's called Halloween Treats from 7pm till 10pm on selected days.
