you look great and beautifull,, i have an a question if u dont mind hony? what happened with your skin? i mean your skin fits on your body or its fallen down? i am asking that because once i have been 320 pound, and know i am 220 pound,i have lose all that by dieting which kills me and i am don whith it i cant take it any more,its ennuf for me, i want to chang my diet way to gastric bypass way, so can u give me some addvisse please????

HOLLY CRAP!!! You are doing amazing!! I had my surgery in March and my weight is coming off really really slow! I'm eating only healthy food and not very much and I've started exercising but it's barley budging. I'm a week short of 3 months and down 56 lbs (including the 3 week post op -14lbs).

I had surgery on Nov 16, 2010 and I have lost 60 pounds in 2 months time. It is awesome!!!!! I hit 200 this morning and am waiting to get on the scale to see the number under 200. It is so wonderful to feel so good again. Congrats to you on your loss. Keep up the good work. How do you get enough protein in in a day? I struggle with this daily. I do try. It is not easy. Any ideas would be great.
