  • can i use this in my face?

  • YES! You can use water instead of investing in that transformer stuff for liquid eyeliner. A trick I have been using for years. Good luck Earth Mamas!

  • O_o that's the same eyeshadow I use, except i just get my angled brush wet in the sink.... ;D

  • You can also use baking soda as part of your hair care routine. What I did is went about 2 weeks without washing my hair. It got really gross, but I rinsed it with water REALLY well every few days and wore hats/bandanas/scarves in my hair. So, mix a little baking soda with a little water, & massage the thick liquid into your scalp all over. Rinse REALLY well. Mix apple cider vinegar w/ a little water & pour over the ends of your hair. Rinse it out really well. Voila--clean hair!

  • I put coconut oil (you can use any oil really--olive, etc) on and then pat the baking soda on. Thanks for the powder puff idea--I've just been using my hands and spilling baking soda everywhere!

Baking soda is great for cleaning (as is vinegar diluted with water), and you can also add some essential oils (a few drops) to it and sprinkle it on your carpet instead of that smell-good powder you buy at the store!

  • Yay for sustainability :)

    Great video

  • i wont to try it, but doesnt it get powder all over your clothes? like.... a black dress or shirt?

  • Well if you won't try this there are alternative roll on type things or crystals... I haven't tried those but they are better than buying a piece of plastic that bigger than the product...

If you put the powder before the clothes you are fine. It doesn't stain. If power does end up on your clothes, you can just brush it off, unlike stick deodorant.

Another good thing is that it absorbs moisture which is the source of the smell.

  • oh im sorry, i meant want, not wont... lol i hate typos :)

  • Oh well, I guess my answer is still the same! Yes a little bit, but once you brush it off it's fine.

  • haha thanks! ill definatley try it now! thank you for posting! :)

  • let me know how it works out or if you find any other tips and tricks!

  • i like it, but ill tick with deodorent because i like the smell. :) but if your hair is greasy, just put some baking soda or corn starch on it and blow dry it out.. and ur good! :D

  • I use the crystal and it is awesome. But it is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant

  • @jharsika Yeah I use crystal deodorant and it works pretty good. XD

  • Adding a bit of water would work too.

  • @emsieixor to both of you; wet a washcloth or corner of a towel with water and you can just wipe off the powder excess with it. Voila!

  • I don't like this. It looks very messy and I doubt it will keep my dry.

  • Well, it's all about your preferences I supose. But it DOES keep you dry and it's not as messy as it seems. No harm in trying right? It can be made with stuff most people have around the house.

  • Where did youu buy your Lise Watier liquid transformer ?

  • I believe it was Shoppers Drug Mart. Any drug store that sells make up probably has it.

  • She's listening to Billy Idol... hahha you can hear it in the background

  • i think it was my roommates music...

  • does it work

  • yes!
