SOOO many people in my family thought i was having a girl. I was sorta hoping it was a girl but had a feeling it was a boy. I felt a little dissapointed at first but am now SOOO excited to be having a little boy. And I am just like you - happier now than I thought I would be that I'm having a son.

I should never have found out, because we didn't tell our family or friends what our baby was - or that we had found out. Everyone throughout the rest of my pregnancy kept saying it...

i got pregnant 7 months after my proximal gastric bypass (7/3/08) i have since had a still born at 19 weeks & am now gaining weight like crazy ive gained 38lbs now i cant get pregnant. wondering if anyone has some tips on what to do. & what their diet is like now? thanks

I have 2 boys and felt like you did when I realized I would not have a daughter. 9 years later, let me tell you, I am so so so grateful that God gave me the children that He did. There is NOTHING BETTER than 2 boys!!! You have hit the jackpot!!!! Congratulations! when my sister was pregnant, and we had her babyshower...everybody knew it was a girl. thats what the ultrasound had showed. but i was so convinced that it was a boy, so just in case the ultrasound was wrong... i bought the baby a BLUE dress just in case i was right!!! which of course i wasn't.
