Yes is is reminisent of the Pixies Bleed (instramentally only) but this just goes to show you how a better band can take a concept and make it a classic, deep song. I mean Rivers was like in his early 20s when this album came out so yeah. I can see where you're coming from if you're talking about the new album though. I havn't listened to it but I heard it was pretty miserable when compared to blue, pinkerton, and green. I'd say they started rolling downtown around make believe, or even maladroit for that matter.
