My Great Grandad moved from Cornwall to Ironwood for mining, and my Grandad was born in Ironwood in 1885, they came back to Cornwal again as my Grandad is recorded here baptised when he was 1o yrs old! But his sister went back and settled in Vancouver, it is said that all birth records of that time were burnt in a fire at the birth registry.
