  • Hoe is that terrible? His back is straight if you call banging the weight when he goes down terrible then you are retarted that is really heavy to set down without noise

  • Why would you rep deadlifts that much?

  • I wish i had a lower back that strong. Ive pulled my lower back muscle one too many times by lifting improperly now im no longer able to life heavy objects without the fear of pulling it again.

  • might i ad terrible terrrible form

  • look at this dipshit he's a disgrace he's gonna blowout his back and will never be able to deadlift again.

  • typical asshole cunt faggot ARAB comes in the gym and thinks cuz he's arab he's stronger than everyone else who actually knows what they're doing. fucking disgrace. I hate these people. they walk in and throw up a heavy weight and do it once with horrible form and then leave calling that workout. Also they make loud noises to get attention. I see them and they are retards they should try lifting a light weight and using good form, but they won't I hope they get injured and fucking leave my gym

  • Went down a little fast don't you think?

  • did no one notice he was using his back not his legs. this is stupid dont post videos till you can do the lift correctly.

  • @CFelts121

well, then that's makes the lift even more impressive...it's a back exercise.

  • Yeah, kicked straight out the gym and into physio... sort it out!!! :P

  • your hand grip was wrong on it you can get a better grip it your turn one hand around

  • @MegaSmoses

Actually your wrong, its all done to personal presence,I have seen many powerlifters use and overhand grip only on deadlifts

  • @UndeRTaKerFAnToNy Did you mean preference?

  • Those saying to gently, slowly, put down deadlifted weight have never done more than 185lbs. themselves. Fucking idiots lol

  • that is the most awful deadlift I have ever seen, especially with that amount of weight and he is basically doing straight leg deadlifts - broken spine here we come!

  • what a moron

  • A deadlift isn't meant to be controlled on the way down

  • The fuck are you doing

  • the heavier you lift, the better you are.... lol makes sence.....

  • uuhhh...back problems?

  • that gym looks massive!

  • "I LIFT THINGS UP AND PUT THEM DOWN!"

  • @sheklikak hahah thats a legitimate workout

  • arched back and not controlled on the way down.. wank form

  • What a fucking disk injury waiting to happen. Ouch!

  • If you can lift them, you can put them down. Not drop them.

  • haha he looks like a meth head

  • I don't have a problem with the dropping. But I think he could have better results if he controlled the speed of his DL. By dropping it so fast he misses the negative rep benefit of the exercise.

  • hahahaha u know y he didnt get kicked out? cuz THIS guy would LAY THE SMACKDOWN ON YO CANDY ASS xD

  • why is he holding his hands so close together

  • Good luck with that back problem in the future retard

  • he may have lifted it but has no form cause hes using all back and that is a leg excise... his legs were straight the whole time watch it again if you dont believe me

  • @liftedtothesky247 Im sorry man, but this is not a pure leg exercise. Check out wikipedia or something :) Deadlift (in this case hes doing sumo deadlift) You are actually working out

your: Entire back, shoulders, legs, grip, forearm and more. But the main muscles is back and legs.

  • TD!!!!!!

  • fuck the noise... its a gym not a library

  • Holy crap his grip is close. Is that okay to do a grip like that because I am going to start deadlifting soon probably.

  • @HomicidalDavid Your grip should normally be as wide as your stance, maybe a little narrower.

  • @HomicidalDavid can do it aither way, this is more of a sumo style..

  • @ironbull2003 Just sayin

  • Strong guy! i dont give a shit if he bangs it down! But it pisses me off when guys with light weight bang shit around! There is no excuse for that!

  • people disliking this are retarded. i wish i could do that much weight, especially that many times

  • Your form is a bit off; but otherwise, nice lift. Don't see why there are so many dislikes...

  • Control. If you jerk it you will hurt it.

  • You twats giving him greif, I'd like to see you priks lift half that weight in any form you sad fat loners typing shit behind the screen

  • BACKSNAPS!!!!

  • What a lunk.

  • Thats a one way ticket to snap city!

  • Shame about the pussy straps.

  • @Kopp203 straps maximize your lift you fool

  • @newdavesqurerep Yeah, you have an excuse when you're pulling near-1rm maybe and grip strength is a major limiting factor, but repping out? Use a mixed grip and some chalk at least. Pussy straps are for pussies with no forearms. Do some grip work.

  • he needs to be taught proper form...

  • @SeiferL8 I love pussies like you in the gym. Scrawny and trying to converse with everyone trying to "teach" the proper form when you can't lift shit yourself.

  • trying to get kicked out the gym???? i find what he's doing normal very normal indeed, plus this works the lower back

  • a quicker way to get kicked out: just whack your willy out

  • Duuude...watch your form!!!

  • There is nothing wrong at dropping the bar when it reaches the knees. It is actually better, because you can't hurt your lower back that way and there are no benefits to keep the bar all the way to the floor ;)

btw He's shoes are good, one of the best for deadlifting, after BARE FOOT

  • I lift things up and put them down.

  • DUDE FUCKIGN STRONG

  • had to be a mexican.........

    p.s. im a mexican

  • @casek4716 ...u dont have to be mexican to leave bad comments about mexicans, nobody likes them anyway

  • This guy just pulled 375 for 10 and everyone's complaining about the noise and the clothing. Geez no wonder America is so fat, you can't even work hard and make noise at the gym without being criticized. People just want to sit on some bench sipping a latte watching TV and pressing against some machine that has no application to real life.

  • @scskowron You're right. That's exactly why we're so fat. I thought we were supposed to be the stupid ones.

  • @scskowron.. literally took the words out of my mouth, bloody fat americans all they know is hamburgers and chilli dogs and the odd taco

  • @scskowron 405 we Americans are fat but we are educated enough to count the weight

  • @marquish17 405lbs means four 45 plates on each side bro ;)

  • @Teenssj2 Ummm what exactly does a 35 and a 10 equal to??? so what was the point of your comment? lol

  • @Teenssj2 yup it does i see 3 45 plates on each side 1 35 on both sides and a 10 35+10=45 which makes that 4 45 on both sides :)

  • @marquish17 Actually Americans are among the dumbest people in the world with public education that is much worse than the countries they rip on...

  • @marquish17 lmfao nice.....best comeback i've seen in a while

  • @marquish17 You're probably right. I was thinking 25+5s. There's no standard for iron plate sizes. The only real standard is Olympic sizes which those aren't.

  • @marquish17 At first glance I too made the mistake of seeing that as 375. Good point out that it really was 405, but the condescending demeanor wasn't necessary. Either way, that's an impressive sumo deadlift!

  • @marquish17

    Sure...americans are educated...

  • @marquish17 I find that hard to believe.

  • @scskowron you must be from england becouse you sound gay

  • @Tripod460 No, not gay or English. I train at Lost Battalion Hall in Queens NY under one of the best weightlifting coaches in the country. But of course you must know so much more than me!

  • @scskowron Yea.. that was pretty gangsta, shows what kind of sissies we live around these days!

  • @scskowron its not that he makes a lot of noise, its prolly becuase after hes done lifting it up, he just kind of drops it. Should go about the same speed down, as up.

  • @Descendancy Not necessarily; depends who you ask. Ask a top powerlifter like Dave Tate and he says to always drop from the top except in competition.

  • @scskowron lol america has alot of fat people but when those fat people cut the fat they are huge and muscular hahaha.

  • @scskowron It's all about FORM and this guy is actually about to do more harm to his body than good. Who the hell calls that a dead lift? Proper way is to lift slowly up and DOWN.

  • @JayTsay From where did you learn your form? Ask a top powerlifter like Dave Tate and he'll say to drop the bar from the top on deadlifts. And no powerlifter tries to deadlift slowly, that's just counterproductive.

  • @scskowron If we are talking about the amount of weight concerning what is actually going to be more beneficial for you than yes, a powerlifter would say that this guy in the video is doing the dead lift ok. But as a bodybuider, I would prefer to concentrate on my form and not care about the weight, the end result would be much better concerning appearance and that is my priority. Not lifting like the guy in the video and potentially causing more harm to my body in the long run.

  • @scskowron its not about the weight he's lifting, its about the way he's lifting it. theres no need to be making all that noise. besides, the muscles are most affected by the descending(eccentric) phase of a lift. not only would he be recruiting his muscles on the lifting(concentric) portion, but also on the eccentric portion. that means the muscles are under tension two times longer for every rep. leave your ego at the door and lift properly, who cares about how much w8 it is

  • @jdm142 Time under tension and eccentric motion is not what makes you stronger. Ask a top powerlifter like Dave Tate what he thinks about eccentric phase of the deadlift. He'll tell you not to do it unless you are in competition.

  • @scskowron hahahahahaha, ok then what causes strength gains?? id LOVE to know. im sure Dave Tate told you, right?

  • @jdm142 Deadlift strength is determined by how much you pick up, not how much you put down. Concentric motion causes strength gain in the deadlift. And though the deadlift is not part of the sport of weightlifting, that sport is 100% concentric since eccentrics don't count for anything. But you know that already.

  • control the weight down you fucking spic

  • @n1ckmsrt It's a fucking deadlift you retard. Havin a slow negativ won't make a difference. The strongest guys in the world do deadlifts like this when working out.

  • Yeah, I would hate working out with the cholos in Cali.

  • lol good beathing technique

  • I hate when people do this! That sound would get so annoying after the first rep or two.

  • @kingace85 clearly*

  • @kingace85 glearly you dont know how to workout this guy is making the weight drop witch is cheating controling it till it goes down is how ur sopusto do it

  • Comment removed

  • @AnthonyMancini21 what is the word "sopusto" supposed to mean?

  • he is doing weight that is 2 heavy for him

  • terrible form

  • whats wrong with this? complaining bitches need ipods with skrillex blazin in em shut the fuck up haters!!

  • one of the reasons why i lift at home. gym douchebags are almost as bad as nightclub douchebags

  • What an absolute tard.

  • 3 guys on camera..2 with straps and 1 with shin guards? lmao

  • just wondering but isnt that bad for the back??

  • @LETHAL2269 Not when proper form is used

  • im no expert but it looks like he is using his back alot more than his legs

  • @jkastarrks this is exercise for back LOLLLLL

  • @jkastarrks That's deadlift, you use your abs and arms.

  • @jkastarrks It's a lower back workout...

  • he's actually using O.K. form... i just would recommend slowing down on the negative (dropping the bar)

  • I don't get why this would get him kicked out, he's actually using a lot better form than many people I've seen, and he performs the motion in a controlled manner, even if he does let the weight drop a bit on the negative.

  • @DeathMetalThunder he slamming the weights on the ground everytime, the video does no justice but you can bet the repetitive sound of this is very loud and extremely annoying and distracting to others. At least I guess thats what the title means

  • @TheRonnie316 : his grip is to close, stance is not within the width of his shoulders hes lifting to much for a amateur he needs to have less weight on the bar and his form is no good

  • @Opachak

its a sumo deadlift, not regular...

  • okay his form aint great, but he's really not curling his back as much of you knobs are making out lol

  • He's gonna pull his back out in that stance

  • horrible deadlifting form nut good strenght for his light weight

  • Horable form.

  • lower the weight and widen ur grip man..

  • you better hope this aint happening at planet fitness they would boot your arse right up outta there yo! xD

  • @nyelement007 why do they boot people out for that

  • @ThisIsNuckinFuts

bc they act like lil fruit cakes.

thet get intimidated very easily if you even look at someone they piss themself.

it really is sad the people who go there are pathetic.

its not even a real gym thats why its so cheap like 10 a month.

you cant play basketball or really lift weights.

i dont think people should even consider it phsyical fitness bc theyr too emotional if you lift too much weight they get scared and kick you out.or they might even call the police.

  • uhh sumo is stupid

  • and he was a ruhtard

  • and he was a ruhtard

  • and he was a ruhtard

  • i wonder if the homo who walked over said anything to the fella training?

  • Snap city bitch snap snap city biiiiiiitttcchhh

  • USE YOUR LEGS TOO. Unless if you want skinny legs and big Popeye forearms lol

  • Quit liftin with your back.... damn lol

  • He's going to get kicked out because he's using the wrong plates and slamming them down, not becayse of his form. Last time i checked, you don't get kicked out of a gym for having bad form.

  • so is he trying to stretch out his lower lumbar? Maybe bring disability upon himself hmmm

  • Give your little sister her pants back.

  • he's doin back snaps!

  • you guys are all so stupid thinking the deadlift is going to hurt you. Just because TMW says it will is because they fucked their backs up in a non gym related accident. His form is great.

  • @sniperd0g NO its pretty horrible

  • @IamGoosehunt NO. its pretty good. ya.

  • @sniperd0g his form IS bad. you keep saying ignorant shit. his back is damn near parallel to the ground when he starts. his legs aren't even that far apart. theyre supposed to be MORE than shoulder width. when you dead lift your back shouldn't have to move that much.

  • he deserves to be kicked out just for his outfit.

  • @btbthomas80 he has a soccer game after

  • one way ticket to snap city !!!

  • Really?? who the hell works out in a tucked in football jersey?? little man!!!!

  • What is the deal with his hand placement?

  • @thetiltroom its called sumo grip and it brings more hips into the movement.

  • you know youre mexican when you wear CONVERSE to the gym...use your damn legs!

  • @14dacanay14 its to keep a flat base.

  • @sniperd0g thats so dumb. like regular shoes aren't flat.

  • Impressive weight. Not so impressive form.

  • If you can't put it down don't pick it up. Can't stand these clowns in the gym.

  • @TheronSax i agree for instances like this but some exercisers it's alot safer to drop after a heavy set because you can avoid injury.

  • @TheronSax

" I pick tings up den put dem down."

  • hand placement is wrong, he's hyperextending his back 2 much, and most importantly....... he's not impletmenting the postive and negative portion of the movement.... ZERO GAINS...lol....

  • Is that guy in the back really wearing shinpads?

  • @liamgaul the floor gets rough on the skin when youre on your knees for a long period of time

  • @TheMccarthyMichael Nice attempt at a funny comment but they arent knee pads no-one rests on there shins.

  • lol this guy is actually really ripped and big,,,hes part of 3dmuscle journey

  • haha wtf

  • oh didnt know that, o well

  • depending on what you are training for there are ''several'' NOT one type of deadlift. standerd straight bar, siff leggeded, trap bar, sumo deadlifts, partial deads, snatch grip deads, one arm, etc

  • @ShaneSchomburg why do you keep putting the word several in inverted commas. it is grammatically incorrect.

  • regardless of what the guy in the video is doing, besides the fact that he should lower the weight more controlled, and lift to virtical, with no back sway. there are ''several'' types of dead lifts,

  • You guys are all proving how little you know about weight lifting! Okay his hands are too close; upper legs should go to around 20 degrees off straight, not all the way to the floor, thats squatting!

  • nice hip workout...

  • That was painful to watch. DOMS ftw.

  • the results of meth pre workout shakes.

  • Comment removed

  • One way ticket to snap city

  • @DeadUgly1 hahah TMW bitch :D

  • damn that mofo is strong!! must of been in prison or something. @Lovesomecujo stfu u probably some steroid taking protein drinking douchebag who is just hatin cuz u cant even do half of the weight hes doing n ur probably a racist white cracker ass bitch

  • @youtryingtobelikeme yeah i drink protein shakes and about ten years ago this was my second or third warm up set. Injured my back doind something stupid and now i can barely dead 225. It doesnt matter if you agree with what i say or not im right. He is strong but he WILL end up hurt if he doesnt get his form down before he starts trying to show off

  • dont you know that the negative is just as important as the positive? you cant just drop the fucking weight each rep. fucking idiot broncos fan

  • @SoulOnDeparture666 you are supposed to drop the weight if deadlifting big is your goal.Thats what you do in comps. For general strength or bodybuilding, you should lower slowly

  • @scarred10 You probably do that in comps because you are probably going to attempt higher weight and dont want to burn yourself out by using your energy to lower the weight. If you watch the world record holder for RAW deadlift benedikt magnusson, he sits the weight down like its his newborn baby boy
