@Jumanjijuice - this is in the "Cultural Hall" of an LDS(a.k.a. Mormon) church. Most LDS meetinghouses (at least in the US, as far as I know) include a multi-purpose room that can be used for anything from overflow of church services to community dinners, to recreational activities.
