how long were the parts destrustible for armored core? was it only stayrted in ac:lr?

SL had destructable weapons, but it didn't show up in Nexus or NB. In LR you could destroy all the parts on an AC, except for weapon arms and the core. everything else when destoryed you had to rebuy. And no, it didn't show up again in AC4, which was a disappointment, but at least the enviroments was destructable to a degree.
