I went thru that with my TWH too and now we're working with a trainer and he's getting much better!
It's kind of like bits. People tend to use a harsher bit to try to get better control when in fact, it's training that they need!

I have to put it on her sometimes because she will throw her head and nose in the air.. I will have to get some new videos on here soon
