I could here your "sighs" before and after you played the peice. Lol Seemed like it was a chore to you. Chill out and feel it. You are definitely on your way!
Music should be fun. Right now you have to look at your fretboard but that will change with time.....Let it flow bra!
You look kind of young bra.....I'm always impressed to see someone your age find the masters of music such as Jamerson and recognize their brilliance for what it is....magic. Keep playing and working on your tone. I realize that this was done two years ago it may be that that amp is the only one you had at the time.
good playing man, but i have to say, im really not feelin the tone or your amp, you need to turn that trebble down, from flat try these settings:bass 2 trebble -1 mid flat, thats pretty basic but give it a shot, keep up the nice playin
this is great! - not sure what the couple other commenters were talking about. jamerson played with one finger too. no better way to cop the style than to emulate "the hook"! keep on thumping, brah!
Wait wait wait. You taught yourself Jamerson's grooves and mastered "the claw" at that?
Forget lessons. They would only ruin you. The true greats are self taught. Keep working, my friend. You already done epic work here. It'll only get smoother.
ok bro you already have the ear know take some lessons for the fingering and read and put that bass to burn. great job!
