im a communist and i dont really like lenin, he promised so many great things in 1917 but by the time the civil war was over in 1921 what the workers really got was a one party dictatorship NOT COMMUNISM!!!! they were suppose to put an end to privillages and poverty, but what did the russian people really get?

1. He is liberal and this is FAR away from communism.
2. The US government will NEVER choose a commie as president. The folk maybe yes, but the government wouldn´t even allow a communist to get to this choices. A true communist in USA would be dead before he can even go to the white house.

Yes, but the Gulag was in that time not a camp, in which all people get shooted. It was more a prison, where they should work. Stalin made it into a hell then.

Lenin didn´t ruled Russia after 1921, cause he was ill in that time. From 1921 Trotsky and Stalin already ruled.
