I heard one of the author's of this book on the radio today. There is so much waste involved in commercial fishing, especially shrimp fishing. Boycott Shrimp! There are NO sustainable ways to catch shrimp anymore. Ever heard of Ghost Nets? They are old nets not used commercially anymore that are dumped in the ocean and continuously kill marine life. We consume too much! Buy sustainable seafood, or don't eat it at all!
