These things are what's known as "trickle chargers". This means they aren't anywhere as fast as standard DC from your car or anything. Best to charge the internal battery before attempting to charge anything else like a phone.
honestly, all solar charger has disappointed me. I left mine out in the sun for like two hours and I can only charge for 3 minutes. I'm not buying solar chargers until they improve. This is not acceptable
I want to by one like that but I can't understand why does it has a charger for the wall, If it charges from the sun what does it want the wall charger?
@tempus240 it is to get a good full charge on the battery i... this one did not work well for me but i found a verry well made one for 20$ i will post an un boxing video for you =) soon
you wouldn't believe how cheap i got my stuff from eBay. I got 3 iphone screen protectors for 3 cents!!! also bunch of other stuff for like 6 to 16 cents
