  • This is so cute!

It should be made into a book and published!

    Wonderful job my friend. ^_^

    Keep spreading the love♥

  • Love it. I wish there wasn't still so many pathetic people regurgitating their screwed up "views" to their kids and continuing the cycle of stupid. Sir Rupert deserves to be in every child's book case.

  • Endearing! Thank you!

  • Sir Rupert, is an awesome story. :)

  • Is the story based on your brother? : D

    Love these cute stories <3

  • This is amazing (: You're like the Dr. Seuss to the LGBT community! I think i might perform on stage at one of my high school showcase performances, if that's all right with you. I've already have this memorized so I will be the narrator while a group of people act out what you've drawn XD

Here i am ranting, haha, well I've got to say i love both this one and the previous, and in my opinion this one should have just as many views as the other (:

    Love you! <3

  • These make me smile :)) You brighten my day :DD

  • I am in awe over your creation. Wonderful poetry, kid-friendly and adult-friendly, positive message, clever artwork, highly imaginative, a pure joy to watch! This armor-wearing lesbian salutes you. (And yes, I really do wear armor on the weekends..it's an SCA thing) I resonate again what others have said in earlier posts...get this published! It would make a lovely addition to any households' library, including mine. Well done!

  • this is great! I'm so subscribing!

  • Sir Rupert needs a hot boyfriend!

  • Erm, jumping on the wagon, so to speak. Make this into a book! From the way you have it, I think it is very appropriate for children, and will not be boring to adults either. It's a great, sweet story with a great moral.

  • you have made my day with this story :)

  • I wish sir rupert could find a handsome prince for himself :( He's noble and brave and informed and kind...he certainly deserves it.

  • Sir Rupert is the BEST KNIGHT EVER. He slays dragons AND improves society!!!! I agree so much with people who have been saying that you should make this a book - it would be awesome.

  • the ocean looked angry and he gave it his best..... lol

  • When did Rupert go super saiyan?? Anyway, great story, and very clever rhymes!

  • I don't want to admit this, but I'm crying, this is so good.

  • Seriously, make this into a book! It's a perfect story to read to kids so that they'll understand and not be confused.

  • Your such a sweet sister, to do this for your brother. :) You have talent!

  • lovely story

  • I love Sir Rupert the Gay Night!! I think you should totally make a book out of this. Thanks for uploading.

  • Really, start turning this into a book or something... Really great!

  • This is amazing. I loved the first one so much and now there are more =]

I really wish that one day when I have kids, I could have these stories to read to them. I agree with those who said you should get them published. I would buy them for myself and I know many of my friends would love it too =]

Keep up the great work =]

  • you need to make this book.

  • um.

  • wow,. that was pretty AMAZING, .. if you did all that, ( the animation, the poem ,),, then you truly have an amazing talent.

  • These stories are so cute!

Your brother is so lucky to have you. :)

  • nice drawings imo !

  • Good video. Hope you have a good day.

  • Great stuff, Shan!

  • Kay, now, would ya please refrain from making negative comments? I mean, opinions are opinions, and I won't argue to make you change them but negative comments and the people who make them are just sad. If you can't get over the fact that there are homosexuals in the world, you need to pull yourself out of the corner you're hiding in and face the facts. A slap in the face might help too.

Obviously, this was worked hard on and deseves respect. It is really great. :)

  • You're totally right. I myself don't know any gay guys, but I do have one lesbian aunt. They got married and are so happy together.

I personally don't think anyone can help it. Whether you are gay or not, love is not something people can change. And plus, why would anyone care who he/she sleeps with?

    It's really cute-it would be a good children's book. 5/5.

  • I have a great idea for everyone who makes a comment relating to homosexuality. When you state that you support equal rights for gay people don't preface it with "I'm not gay but". To me it really sounds like you're worried that people might think you're gay. So what if they do? I know some people are trying to make the point that straight people can be supportive of gay people too, but why bother? Who cares if people think you're gay? Let small minds feel outnumbered.

  • excellent insight, I'd been trying to say the same for some time but you worded it magnificently. I must also commend this great video, your poetry is beautiful and your illustrations are charming. it also helps that you have one of those sweet story voices :P

Keep it up, I really wish this were a book but till then Ima keep watching on Youtube.

  • Just as incredible as the last one - You're very talented, and your brother is very lucky to have someone like you as a sister

  • You're disgusting, a cancer of the human race. You're worse than scum.

Excellent story! Hurry and publish so I can buy a few copies! :D

  • What the hell dude, be cool!

  • Maybe you should learn to spell. Disgusting, stupid.

  • If humaity is like you, the human race diasappearing isn't bad prospect

  • You're right! We must do something about the population shortage. *sarcasm*

  • awwh.

these stories are so cute. (:

  • We're lucky to have you! Thank you for sharing this!

  • You have an angelic voice!! :D

  • I thoroughly enjoyed both vids. Your brother is very lucky to have you as a sister! :)

  • Both of the videos are great! Plus you have a wonderful voice.

  • I wish I had my own copies of Sir Rupert 1 and 2!!

  • Very creative and geniously done :D lol great story and great purpose,I'm not gay but i support gays, and i say fuck all the homophobic people out there, there is just a hidden standard in human norms that makes us all actually realize gay is all right, however some people won't accept it.

  • oh man , these are too cute.

the goalie on my hockey team just came out and im kind of embaressed to admit that after he receieved a few less than sweet comments from other coaches, i stood on the bench and recited this whole thing.

yes , i do have it it memorized

ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR YOU !

  • oh wow, thank you so much. that means so much to me. You rock.

  • im not gonna play this game damit !

    ahaha ,

    NO YOU ROCK !

  • This story of Sir Rupert's so touching (since I'm gay too) I wish I could be like Sir Rupert..

    Nice vid! =)

  • That was awesome!

A round of applause for you!!

  • Again, cute.

  • I love these videos.

    Keep on making them.

    GO LGBT!

  • YAY!!Sir Rupert the Gay Knight 2!!! i LOVED part 1 !! and thanks for being so kewl and supporting us in the LGBT Community

    <3 :D

  • How old exactly your brother? Btw, love the vid.

  • I LOVE THIS STORY! RUPERT IS MY HERO! i hope you make more stories. :)

  • this has no where near the views of the first.

  • the first was featured :)

  • I appreciate your support, and this videos are so beautiful!

  • what a beautiful story

  • I think these are nice videos. My only little quibble is would it be so terrible if he did also like wearing tutus, lol? Not all male-bodied people are attracted to women and also not all male-bodied people act tough and macho all the time or feel super-masculine. Maybe you could do one on a trangender theme as well...

  • I think the point was that a person's sexually does not define their strength or character -- the tutu was simply a misinterpretation on the part of the king of what being "gay" meant, and that it was symbolizing his possible inner femininity and equating it to weakness. Sorry if that was too wordy. D:

  • Wow I appreciate that more than you could belive I hold three martial art's belts For Ti-kwan-do Quan-Chi and a low one for Judo (still learning) And yet because I Like men instead of women no matter how much or what I can do People still see me as a Fairy fu-fu and it does kinda drive me nut's ya know

As always thank you very much for your support and also for being a such a good Sister

  • Phenomenal!

  • This is really great.

I was having a crappy day until I saw this.

  • Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! =D I really need to share this with all my gay friends, if they haven't already seen it.

  • another wonderul story. you need to get these published!

  • this is amazingg :D

    & you're a really good artist!

    no sarcasim ;)

    love your videos! <3

  • First class children's book!! you really need to publish this before some one else does!!! this is "robert munch" good seriously.

  • Wooo

  • such a good story. you should publish it. its stories like these we need to tell young kids that being gay is not wrong.

  • Thanks for the great story.

  • huh? why? are you gay and feeling insulted to these?

  • YEAH! PUBLISH THEM!!!! ARRGH!!

  • omg that was a GREAT STORY!!!!! thx for reading me a bedtime story X] im off to bed now! :D (five stars/favorite.)

  • how old is your brother? just out of curiosity? I love your videos by the way =D

  • 23 :) , and I love you for loving my videos <333 take care!

  • I love the Sir Rupert stories. I would totally buy them because they're just so amazing. i dont understnad how anyone could say its insulting to gays, im gay and i love it.

  • I would too! As soon as I saw the first one wayyyyyyy back when, I emailed the link to all my friends, and most of them sent it on too! Its just so good, with such a good meaning.

  • ...howso?

  • That's so sweet! And awesome!

  • that

    was

    AMAZING! x]

  • I agree with SuperFlyNB 100% ...publish them, Shan!!! I don't know how a person goes about doing that ... but get on it ... you are AMAZING!!! I would definitely buy these books for my nieces and nephews...

  • I'm telling you right now girl... these stories could and should be published. I have books for my son about right and wrong and books about how he was made and the difference between boys and girls but not a single book explaining that being gay is ok. I think truly your stories would be a breath of fresh air to any parent with an open mind and could honestly help us to raise a generation of children more accepting of differences than ours.

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • I want to purchase the book!

  • amazing

  • This one was so awesome, it flowed better. A few words in the first one sorta came on a bit harsh, but in this one i didn't notice any. But maybe a harsh, almost jarring word here and there will help not make harmless words such a stigma to say. But yah - this one drove home one of the biggest messages. Excellent work.

  • Great imagination... Look forward to more, keep it up...

  • WOW you aint stopping at getting gooder are ya Shan!

  • Worthy of its own nursery rhyme.

  • Genius once again, of course :D. Truly wonderful and inspiring!

  • No doubt awesome!

    I'm praying in every prayer.

    Also, both stories need publishing!!!

  • missed you !

  • I've missed you shan.

    you inspire me.

Tonight, i'm telling my dad that i'm gay.

    I needed this.

    thank you.

    truly.

  • oh oh oh oh oh oh!!!!!

*Chills* that made my night, sweetie :)

  • keep us all posted (y)

  • You misspelled yea.

  • This gave me chills...great job <3

  • Ehh. A gay knight. Mind the lance.

  • Great sequel!

  • Awesome

  • aww that was cute

    thanks shan. =)

  • Echoing SuperFlyNB: These stories should be published, they're marvellous. Publishers are always looking for something fresh and witty, especially for kids. Please try it at least, even if you get turned down you'll be no worse off for the effort, amirite?

  • thank you for uploading.

  • Been Following your videos ever since the first Sir Rupert the Gay Knight, And Again, A very good job. Keep em coming!

  • you're incredible. You should make a children's book out of these. I would buy them-- they're cute and incredible. I agree with everyone else-- publish! ^_^ and then tell me in which bookstore I can find them.

  • Absolutely amazing.

  • This is Utterley Fantastic :D

  • :D yay sir rupert the knight for the win. Hurray!

  • Not quite as good as the original, but close. I concur with the crowd pushing you to publish (that includes your illustrations to go with the storybook). Target audience: Children ages 9-15. And us old folks who are into such things ;)

  • That was great, Shan! Publish these, I command it!

  • You super need to publish these. They are good for everyone, not just children.

    You are so insperational.

  • Thank you so much for making a second one. I really like them both. you should really Really REALLY try to get them published and then let me know so I can read them to my kids in the future. I love them. Please make more.

  • I agree!

They truly are great, and set a fantastic message to kids in the colourful pictures and rhymes.

I think it'd be great for them to understand from an early age that there is nothing wrong with people who are different in any way.

Keep up the great work, you're amazing!!

  • i loved it... really touching!!!

  • great stuff

  • Great work! I think that your should make another one, but give Sir Rupert a partner in crime!

  • Fantastic job once again!

  • aw :)

  • Awesome sequel! Could you please post the lyrics?

  • wow i loved it awsome job, must have tooken you a while. <3 5 stars

  • You're talented and kind. Bless you!

  • i like it, once again! you are great!

  • -claps- I always enjoy your insightful videos and Rupert is amazing =D

  • I absolutely love these videos.

    they make me smile.

    =]

  • I agree with superflynb. You really need to publish these stories. I know that even If you don't I'll be showing my children these videos one day. You are an amazing writer and I'd say these defiantly belong in golden books or scholastic kids.

  • i like how the "yay rupert" looks like "gay rupert"

  • Sir Rupert should have his own TV show!

It'd beat all the other pathetic attempts of entertainment.

  • Great Job. Is this supposed to be a continuation of the 1st one? I love both of them, but I think the 1st one better since it had more rhyming in it. I love both though. Great job and I hope to see more!

  • I love your videos.

  • Wholly shit!! I don't know what to say, but sir Rupert looked like Ned Kelly (bloodywell wiki him) for a while. I'm sure if Ned Kelly found dragons in the Australian Outback in the 1860s, he would have slayed them just like Sir Rupe.

    Go, Thinky, make more vids.

  • Please tell me you are joking.

How the fuck does this ruin those names?

If anything this would make me honored to hold those names.

  • Well you could google:

ruined good names bruce lance julian

    Then you would know.

  • Yeah, I love you. :)

  • Goood But i like the first one better

  • Shan, have I told you lately how much I love you? Amazing job, as always love <3

  • That was so beautiful! Can't wait for part 3!

  • YOU

    ARE

    AWESOME

    <3

  • that was awesome i loved it!

  • Loved it! It's amazing how much effort you put into this. Thanks for helping break down gay stereotypes. :D

  • Heh, I was kinda hoping that after offering Rupert the daughter, the king would offer his gay son ;-)

  • THIS VIDEO IS SO COOL!

  • Stupendous, awesome, wonderful, important. 5*s

    Definitely publish.

  • Pretty Good.. but I liked the 1st one a lot better

  • awesome!! it was good, i can't wait for the next one!!!

  • good work Shan!

  • I think that there will always be those who think being 'gay' is wrong, no matter what laws are put forward. this story just makes it so clear that if we are strong with what we believe in, we will succeed, whatever people may say. Gay or straight, I for one think that there is a little bit of rupert in all of us.

  • This story just keeps getting cuter.

  • thank u so much i needed this lately

  • Well done Pink, gay rights is a big thing for me, mostly due to some very close friends that are gay and being supressed by Prop 8 in California. The support for your being published seems overwhelming, I hope the process is as easy for you as possible.

  • This is so beautiful. I agree with the others, you should definately get this published, these are the kind of morals our future generations should be learning.

  • that was lovely thank you for that It shows one should not pay attention to stereotypes for we as gay people are strong and we love our communities. Being gay is not the only think that makes me or any other gay person who we are.

    thank you:)

  • Yay Shan!!!

  • That is soooo nice.

  • If you publish this, I will buy it.

  • another really beautiful installment :) thank you for these wonderful videos, shan <3

  • I think you should make a storybook for kids of Sir Rupert. And Sir Rupert's life has to be pretty awesome, playing video games and slaying dragons.

  • Love your videos.. Although lately they have been getting a bit weird..

  • If you publish this, I will buy it.

  • *excessive applause*
