I managed to get it right from the video. There's nothing wrong with the video, the bird is just bloody difficult to fold that's all.

i think ur going slow. i make some origami video too and i get some comment about slowing down. my opinion is that we sould no a little about origami befor learning it from a video b/c we r not there to teach them origami we r just showing them how to make something or that wat i think im doing. maybe im just bad at teaching. sorry for complaining idk it might sound stupid but i saw the comment so i just wanted to talk about it. btw i think do a good job on the videos
