PODS mistakenly put unit 366B38 on my property and PODS useless customer service rep Lisa (in Platinum) is unable to move it off my property before an unspecified time TOMORROW. This is unacceptable and dissapoints me. When I mess up at work I admit I'm wrong and work overtime before I leave for the day to make it right. Apparently your company can't be troubled to make things right the same day. DON'T USE PODS, their customer service is TERRIBLE.
