If ya'all men would find a local coal mine and play to the miners before they made their descent to work what a blessing that would be to them. My grand daddy was a miner in Pennsylvania and saw five men meet their maker under a huge rock. His mind was never right after that, so they put him into a state hospital...that was in the late 30's God Bless ya's
@2ndgeneration Well, I cant think of a better band to be fans of. I have Award Winning" on LP, autographed by all who were on the album. You just cant beat the Gents.
Thanks so much David. Bill Monroe,, the father of bluegrass music, said his music was heart music. If his heart connected with ours then he accomplished something. We try to go by that.
Nope,, one is stationary and Josh is using the other one manually. We just have the one mic ran through a pre-amp,, then into the laptop. Then it is synched up from there,,We delete the camera audio and mix in the laptop audio.
This world we live in is going through a lot of changes all the time, and some of them are pretty good. Twenty years ago, who would have guessed that we'd be using computers to record and share bluegrass music?

Love those old murder ballads. 80 percent of them are strangely cheerful.
