Its the sacrifice he has to make.

To display all FMVs properly in that game, a specific fix has to be active. Which its consequence is 1/2 FPS

Just choose limit under frame limit and set all other things to optimum speed, that allows you to have fast and limited frame rates.

I have constant 60fps for this if i change settings... but all the time >.>

His settings are on the upper right click more info.

The problem with his settings is that its only good for cut-scenes. After cutscene you should revert the settings back to direct3D(hardware) instead of software.

at 3.5ghz and x2 EE sync hack cycle (I'm using the playground PCSX2 0.9.5 w/c gives you additional options for speed hacks)

gives me 47-50 fps with movies (should get perfect 60 with 4ghz but my motherboard sucks at overclocking so yeah)

x3 EE sync hack gives me perfect 60 fps but, gives me problems with the audio.

I also enabled IOP x2 cycle rate and Wait Cycle Sync hack (both in speed hacks)

Just a few questions: First of all - it may sounds lame but how did you disabled your patches? I deleted patches from FFX-2 from patche folder but I´m still not sure if pcsx2 isn´t using something else. I´m also using GSdx 846 0.1.9 but there are still problems - first of all sound, it goes sometimes too fast, and the bigger problem.

I´m just in the beginning (fight on that statue or something, than I was running after the Yuna till I encoutered fat dude with his pistol friend, Yuna shooted on them and jumped on the fat man) and than games kind of freeze. I can see only black monitor but I still hear sond playing.

are you in a battle? if yes, then fight further and after the fight, the screen will be normally.

If not, then reset PCSX2 and try again

It is right to deleted patch of FFX-2 from patch folder, then PCSX2 can not use Patch for FFX-2

You should configure speedhacks and sound

I solved the problem - it looks like my FFX-2 image was broken so I downloaded new one and now it goes well and I can see cutscenes even with patches turned on. Still there is a problem with lagging, but I´ll get used to it.

I can get to just about 48 fps on a 3.0 Ghz Dual Core. But due to the speedhacks-errors/clipping, I might as well just download the FMVs and watch them separately!

In fact, I think I'll do that.
