@derektheproducer I have been experimenting with all of them, and the best one so far is Cyberlink PowerDirector 9, and if you have a 64-bit OS, and multicore CPU, it will install Ultra64, I have never seen a program render video this fast, I had my doubts, but after learning the inter face, it really rocks. I also use Pinnacle Studio HD 14, it has some issues saving, and rendering, I used Corel Video Studio, it is really nice, but it has issues with large AVCHD files, of the vixia hf-m30

@derektheproducer , cont.... Adobe Premire elements, i tried to use for a couple, but it is really complicated, I don't want to spend my life learning how to use, and then be disapointed by it. I tried Nero, but did like it.,

these are just my preferences, go the websites and download the FREE fully fuctional Trial for 30 days, Powerdirector 9 has a FULL trial and I love it. Director Zone account for downloading movie objects, and effects and stuff.. and sharing.

Can you change it's frames per second as you can on the S21 Model?

@posiedonpowertrio , it has 3 settings for frame rate, 60i standard, PF30, and PF24, it also has Mbps setting MXP=24Mbps, FXP=17Mbps XP+=12Mbps, SP=7Mbps, and LP=5Mbps, However you will need a Class 6 or better SD card for MXP 24Mbps cause a lesser SD will not opperate that fast., I use FXP most often, @ 24Mbps you cannot create AVCHD discs.

@buckeyeshine , Ahh,, Sorry to hear that. I have read ways to update Firmware from a Mac. Is it because Mac cannot read H.264, there should be a converter for that, it will make files readable on a mac. Just a thought. do a search for H.264 .mts to mac, I hope this helps..

@COD4fanboi Yes I Will most definately be doing a lot of video testing, and posting it to Youtube. I wanted to work with the Camcorder for about 1-2 weeks extensively before posting anything.. But I may just shoot some footage indoor/outdoor etc,, and post the footage, as a Pre-Review.. So Far I am very pleased with the Quality of the video. IT IS AMAZING. in full screen HD, I already have a lot Pros for the Review, a couple of very small Cons but nothing major so far. Just peeves. 1 day in.
