man that place looks nice.... training by the beach what a life, the heat from tha sun and cool breeze from the ocean, you guys are lucky. just looking out my window here in Ireland, guess what it is pissing down cats and dogs. i like the exercises very adventures. keep up the hard work!

someone has asked this before but i never saw the response, where did you get those straps. I have rings but the straps seem more versatile.
