@andrewd081452 Because not everything is subject to theatrical screening. You have TV shows, game shows, the News, sports channels, video games, etc that would be more suitable on regular HDTV. I only show theatrical films on the projector, like at a cinema. Besides, it costs too much to operate the projector's bulb just to watch the News.
