  • I tried this with 20 lbs it's not as easy as it seems really intense I decided to stick with it though thanks for the up load, btw the jumping box at the end is tough I almost ate it face 1st at my gym lol

  • Awesome stuff. I've incorporated a few select exercises from this for an after workout cardio. I do 3 circuits of 5 exercises and its very intense. I can't imagine doing it with 50's! Inspirational...

  • I thought 50's were for wimps until I pulled a muscle. It took 2 weeks to heal. I learned the hard way how to lift properly
