Mesodax disintegrated the Makuta and the Toa altogether. As for his former members, he absorbed them except Garnuk and a couple others.

He is. It gonna be called "Reign of Mesodax." And the only character that I can confirm for TSO1 is that Vezon will appear in it.

Actually here are a couple more characters to appear. Garnuk, Tahzal, Slither, Frenzy and some new CoI members appear. The Shadowed One, Runner, Viper, Electropede, and Pirate appear. Mentha, Nujah, and Donum appear. So those are just SOME of the characters to appear. Who knows if I get over 200,000 views on my channel before I make the series, I will include the 2009 winter and summers sets as well.
