@Lutario31 very bad advice indeed :( sorry la pal but even if you're a pianist and are well verse in music stuff but you're lacking of research la, can you name one famous choir singing only with falsetto, i doubt that, no such choir la. failed attempt to put all those international standard thingy.

SM St Francis memang menjadi idola kepada semua sekolah untuk mantapkan koir sekolah masing2... walaupun koir sekolah saya tak berapa bagus huhuhu... tapi memang best lah kamu orang st francis... kreativiti ada... bagaimana kamu semua boleh dapat idea untuk buat sehebat ini ! wow... memang menakjubkan... =)

i know st.francis convent is da best choir among da best school choir ever attend, but pls dont put down other school such as st.joseph papar. they also do their best & really work hard on training like all of u do. me myself also was part of st.joseph choir& i do have met choirs of st.convent school & u guys really do amaze us and it is really an honor for us to see u guys sing! no wonder u guys always won cuz u guys have a very strong voices! Last but not least congrats 4 all the winnings.

is there really a need to argue bout who is better than who? each year is different.sometimes, convent has the stronger team. and sometimes, convent just dont. or according to the judges they dont. but what to do? just accept. be glad that SABAH still has potential in national level.not just ur own school. but the state.

walaupun st joseph dpt wakil sabah 4 the kebangsaan level 2006, but sadly they didn't win anything as in no 1/2/3...tp when SFC yg wakil sabah 2 go 4 kebangsaan level on 2007, they DID won something(walaupun bkn no1), they got 3rd place.soo...yea...faham2 ja la...
Well, personally i think the team on year 2000 and 2001 were better, espcially for the song 'bohemian rhapsody' and 'abba'. Well, they did win the national for the first one... em, but good to know that sfc still maintain its level;p i wonder how long our school gonna sing the same patriotic song?? hehehe;p oh, well.. we're good at it though;p
hey...the only time we got 1st in nationals was in 2004 :) kedah. the one in 2001 we got 1st runner up. but i think we deserved more than dat. how long we're gonna sing the same patriotic song?! I DONNO! haha. but u know the girls..ever so creative. so i'm sure they'll find ways to make the boring not boring!
though we r not the best. i admit that we're not tht TERER. but in my heart, we R the best of the best. we sing not just to win competition, we actly din aim 4 it, we just sing hoping that we can entertain ppl by our voices n to make ppl feel wat we feel bout the song that we sang. maybe, our feeling is blank while we're singin but trust me, these gurls, wen they sing wholeheartedly, feels like heaven. ^^ SFC choir girls...keep it up!

Convent Got THIRD PLACE!!!!!!!! Although it's not Johan, but at lease it was better than the previous year. Correction, not convent, but SABAH. Selangor second and Sarawak First...again....
sigh...still as good as it used to. ALL SAINTS choir shall win!! soon....not sure when...mayb just samseng some of u guys before the competition xD oh well. all saints has been some kindergarten already not like the good old days where we produce good students and the best live action movies for FREE everyday!

uhmm .. sfc has always been of the more dominant schools as far as its choir team is concerned. my fav team however would be from the year 2002. seriously, they moved me to tears . . well almost. haha ..! either ways, keep up the good work peeps !
oh, n regardless whether or not which year of the SFC choir team was better, (as queenho89 mentioned) the SFC choir team is the ONLY team that has represented sabah and were able to make it to all top 3 spots. including best conductor :)but yeah, evryone is entitled to their own opinion. this one's mine :)
totally agree with queenho89. hehe. actlly sfc choir team is the oni team i knw that has everything - clothing, practices, auditions, song arrangement, voicings - done solely by the student leaders. n that, i tell u is a fact :D n one team that i knw has been performing here and there a quite ALOT.
well, it's funny what few friends of mine that went to the national level competition 2006 said to me after watching this video. they said "WHY DID ST JOSEPH WIN!?" and well, there were a lot of things to critic bout each other right but i suggest that we be professional bout this. singing is what we love not to critic ppl.
btw, convent choir team! heard u guys did well for the recording at RTM!!! so proud of u guys! :)
Hmmm,i like the 2005 team better.Especially when they sing "somebody to love".They really shine that day.When they sing,Everybody knew that they gonna lose.Thats what i felt.
St franics has always been consistent in their achievements...hmm..the sound projection...when I increase the volume, the sound projection is there. Every choir is unique in their own way, but I still think SFC will always be the #1 choir team people will enjoy listening to.. =) I have proof... right here!

Interpretasi yang menarik... saya sukakan lenggoknyer (slurs and accent) untuk lagu yg pertama. Very neat too... U guys follow e conductor closely. Alto2 a tad strong at parts though. lolx... did u guys won?

walaupun st joseph dpt wakil sabah 4 the kebangsaan level 2006, but sadly they didn't win anything as in no 1/2/3...tp when SFC yg wakil sabah 2 go 4 kebangsaan level on 2007, they DID won something(walaupun bkn no1), they got 3rd place.soo...yea...faham2 ja la...

Well, personally i think the team on year 2000 and 2001 were better, espcially for the song 'bohemian rhapsody' and 'abba'. Well, they did win the national for the first one... em, but good to know that sfc still maintain its level;p i wonder how long our school gonna sing the same patriotic song?? hehehe;p oh, well.. we're good at it though;p

hey...the only time we got 1st in nationals was in 2004 :) kedah. the one in 2001 we got 1st runner up. but i think we deserved more than dat. how long we're gonna sing the same patriotic song?! I DONNO! haha. but u know the girls..ever so creative. so i'm sure they'll find ways to make the boring not boring!

though we r not the best. i admit that we're not tht TERER. but in my heart, we R the best of the best. we sing not just to win competition, we actly din aim 4 it, we just sing hoping that we can entertain ppl by our voices n to make ppl feel wat we feel bout the song that we sang. maybe, our feeling is blank while we're singin but trust me, these gurls, wen they sing wholeheartedly, feels like heaven. ^^ SFC choir girls...keep it up!

sigh...still as good as it used to. ALL SAINTS choir shall win!! soon....not sure when...mayb just samseng some of u guys before the competition xD oh well. all saints has been some kindergarten already not like the good old days where we produce good students and the best live action movies for FREE everyday!

uhmm .. sfc has always been of the more dominant schools as far as its choir team is concerned. my fav team however would be from the year 2002. seriously, they moved me to tears . . well almost. haha ..! either ways, keep up the good work peeps !

oh, n regardless whether or not which year of the SFC choir team was better, (as queenho89 mentioned) the SFC choir team is the ONLY team that has represented sabah and were able to make it to all top 3 spots. including best conductor :)but yeah, evryone is entitled to their own opinion. this one's mine :)

totally agree with queenho89. hehe. actlly sfc choir team is the oni team i knw that has everything - clothing, practices, auditions, song arrangement, voicings - done solely by the student leaders. n that, i tell u is a fact :D n one team that i knw has been performing here and there a quite ALOT.

oh wait. one more thing. in the history of national level competition, only convent which represented sabah were able to make it to top 3.

well, it's funny what few friends of mine that went to the national level competition 2006 said to me after watching this video. they said "WHY DID ST JOSEPH WIN!?" and well, there were a lot of things to critic bout each other right but i suggest that we be professional bout this. singing is what we love not to critic ppl.
btw, convent choir team! heard u guys did well for the recording at RTM!!! so proud of u guys! :)

Hmmm,i like the 2005 team better.Especially when they sing "somebody to love".They really shine that day.When they sing,Everybody knew that they gonna lose.Thats what i felt.

St franics has always been consistent in their achievements...hmm..the sound projection...when I increase the volume, the sound projection is there. Every choir is unique in their own way, but I still think SFC will always be the #1 choir team people will enjoy listening to.. =) I have proof... right here!

Interpretasi yang menarik... saya sukakan lenggoknyer (slurs and accent) untuk lagu yg pertama. Very neat too... U guys follow e conductor closely. Alto2 a tad strong at parts though. lolx... did u guys won?
