  • Sorry, but the sound is totally overdriven. You need to turn down level - probably a misconfigured wire-up or a wrong level for the amplifier line in. Do you know at all how to play this device?

  • Hi

    do you sell it ?

    best regards

    Michel

  • MOAR!!!F'N MOAR!!!! that is awesome!!!

  • VINTAGE!

This pretty machine comes from the german electronic-organ-manafacturer "Dr. Böhm".

It 's the first generation (1970) of the "Böhmat - Compact" - a free-standing version of the rhythym unit which was normally used in their organs.

In the video you can only see the top side.

The "Böhmat -Compact" looks like a speaker box - there's an amplifier and loudspeaker build in.

  • In the beginning it sounds like you're trying to play some obscure version of C64 Nemesis The Warlock music.

  • sweet video

  • hmmm.. interesting little gadget.

  • I like it.

    what is it ?

  • just 3 words...WOW

  • can i buy that from you?

  • This Sounds Pretty Good, it really reminds you on kraftwerk.

Would be cool if you Could Sample some Sounds of the Machine.

  • WOW!! a rarity for sure, relic like FRESH!

  • WOW! What is this rarity? Looks like it could be homemade, but then again. Anyone? How bout you oliptimus? Thanks for the post. Would love to see some more of this thing in action.

  • It is homemade to a certain extend: It was sold as a kit that the user should assemble himself. It was made by the German organ factory Böhm. Usually it was build into their organs but this is a stand-alone version.

  • just one word: AUTOBAHN!!!

  • Wow who needs Kraftwerk when you got this!

  • man i need to know what this is....im guessing its like those organ "sideman" accompaniment things.....wish we knew a make and year....

  • This unit is the stand-alone version of the auto accompagniment section of many late 70's organs from the German company Dr. Böhm. As far as I remember this model is called "Böhmat Compact".

  • WOW !!! YOUR LUCKY!!!

  • awesome sound, the ryythm is great and the drumsounds too, let alone the bass sound ...

any chance to hear the drums on their own?

  • oh shit, if i had one of these i'd never use anything else for making music.

  • spill the beans......pleeeeeeeease

  • yes really great :) is this homebuild?

  • Holy shit! This sounds amazing. Almost like a moog. What is this?

  • Come on with schematics. Photos and anything another...
