They have to work on safety for Transport.The Corners for example can have Caps(Mabye Plastic Caps for Recycling(Small Triangelcaps like the Pyramides). The Sidewalls need 2nd Cartoonpaperwall.This will push the Qualitiy few Points up.But Cost "litt"l bit more.

yeah its a great case and yeah i understand its an opinion but its just took a little bit more time then other cases i have owned. It could have just been my case that was a defect but w/e its a great budget case

I would not recommend this case. The stand offs were the hardest ones i have ever installed and you can install 2 fans on top if you have a dvd drive on the very top

you also cant remove the front drive bay cover on the top. The clear window is not secured very well either. it is a good budget case though

NZXT's Cases are getting better and better. I like it! And I really like the design of this case! It's also good that not every (most) case they make has a door on the front panel anymore. That was something that made me deside not to buy one of their cases for the last computer I build for myself.

Have you ever contacted the courier company? Perhaps they have a form to file a complaint on their website. I did this once with my local Postal service because they kept folding over a thick computer magazine every month, leaving a big crack in the middle, even one time breaking the dvd that comes with it. Only had to do this once, and hasn't happened again. Just a thought.

Love the inside of the case, although they could've included 2 fans in the top for exhaust...leaves a lot to be desired with the exterior looks as well. What a shame.
