This is a true breakthrough in perpetual flight. Many records broken on this 26 hour flight using only sun power. It's clear that the only limitation is taking care of the pilot as the aircraft could stay aloft indefinitely. Think of it as a very low orbit space capsule...only it doesn't need millions of pounds of fuel to achieve it's "green orbit". The size of this aircraft will shrink radically as PV panels and batteries get more efficient. Speed happens when you get into the jet stream.
