that was an airway choke not arterial, if you know about comvatives the elbow should be position in a different area of the neck in order to cut blood sirculation to the brain, then you will have some one pass out for some good 3 to 5 seconds
thats not the best way to do it, unless its the real thing, u want to get the arteries at the side of the neck so it hurts less for the person getting choked out
there is a lot of this going around lately and trust me .. it is a bad idea.. many deaths have been occuring and Frank SHamrock almost killed a DJ demonstrating this.. this is utter nonsense gents..
