  • @mini0705 Hi, no it's actually the Line 6 UX2 :)

  • @RGplayer01 Thanks for getting back ! Great tone Mw.

  • You rock dude! How old are you?

  • @karatesnake2 Thanks mate! I'm 21.

  • @RGplayer01 I Loved It!

  • @kjchicago1 Thanks :)

  • great sound!

  • Awesome!!!

  • i like este video men gracias

  • Excellent

  • Incredible!

  • Very impressive, really good job. Also that guitar rocks!!!

  • how much does the guitar cost?

    nice playing man

  • this is amazing! (your playing and the guitar :D)

  • 0:17 what a phrase!!!!! :D really nice...nice sound also..JVM totally rocks.

  • Hey Man! i got to ask you about the JVM if you don't mind. I bought the JCM 2000 TSL 602 in mint shape used from Guitar Center, My question is how would you rate this to the TSL as far as the clean and the Gains. also how is the effects loop using delays chorus and will a noise gate calm the noise in the loop? There is no Music Store any where close to try the JVM out so i have to Buy not knowing, I'll be very thankful for any help. Love your style and your a great player. Thanks very much

  • Nice bro. Were you recording that through the SM-57, or were you going direct through that interface on top of the amp? It didn't sound like a mic'd tone to me, it was so nice. If you got that through a mic, hat's off to you bro. Did you add the syrupy FX and production after the track was printed? No matter...really nice playing and super great sound. Excellent mix too. Thanks for posting!

  • @Sweeper5 Hi ! Thanks ! Yes, I recorded the lead section through the SM-57 ;) That interface on the top of my amp is a Line 6 UX2. It's a kind of external sound card which connected to the computer. The SM-57 is plugged into the analog input of the UX-2. I added a little bit of reverb with the line 6 software and that's all.

  • @RGplayer01 Oh yes, I know what a UX2 is. Made for a really nice professional mix. I've been listening to a few of your other posts. You one helluva player. The Vinnie Moore thing rocked to high heaven. Really good man, and I'm not blowing smoke up your @ss. Nice command of the instrument, and a very clean player. Truly a joy to the ears. What did you use to get this sound onto your video? I know the audio was not recorded with a camcorder mic.

  • Nice playing man. Very clean. Jvms sound really good when you dial them in right. I have one of these guitars on layaway. It plays, looks, and feels so nice.

  • very nice gary moore sound

  • JUST SAW THAT AT END OF VID I HAVE A 2X12 COMBO MGFX100. SHOULD BE OK WITH RIGHT PATCHES..

  • WHAT AMP BROTHER?

  • @sniperfxxx Marshall JVM 410 combo ;)

  • @RGplayer01 Man, you can really rock out on that Gibson! You're smply the best! Better than all the rest!

  • @kjchicago1 Wow Thank you very much for you support :)

  • whoeve did not like this is an idiot... dude, you can frickin play!!! outstanding... i have an iced tea as well..

  • @sniperfxxx Thank you so much ! Awesome guitar isn't it ? ;)

  • Wow, lovely. Great guitar and amp combo... nice to see you aren't wasting that lovely guitar! Good job

  • @WeeArnSon Thank you :)

  • who are u inspired by, i recognize the style of playing but cant put a name on it. Either way awesome playing! :)

  • @fumblerer Thank you ;) Well it's hard to tell, it is probably a mix of many guitarists such as Joe Satriani, Gary Moore, Joe Bonamassa, Steve Vai... I've been listening to these guitarists for many years and they obviously inspired me ;)

  • @RGplayer01 can really hear gary and joe in there. Well really like ure playing and your gear :)

  • what effects are you using? i just got mind f***ed

  • @rvallejos96 Hi ! The only effect that I used for this video is a Visual Sound H2O chorus/delay. I plugged my guitar in a Marshall JVM and that's all

  • how do you get that sound, ive got a traditionnal and i cant get a sound close to that

  • @alexis060393 the key of the sound is the amp.

  • Dude, that just blew my mind

  • @roker587 Thanks ;)

  • super cool ! and the les paul guitar is magic !

  • Sexy Guitar!!!!!!

Iced Tea is the best color for a Les Paul.

  • @aerztefanmatthi you couldn’t be more right ;)

  • @aerztefanmatthi Yup. check out the new ES 339 iced tea too. Awesome guitars.

  • @aerztefanmatthi Yup. check out the new ES 339 iced tea too. Awesome guitars.

  • Unmistakably Les Paul... well done!

  • a 2008 standard model? what finish is it?

  • @okmer333 Yes it is a Les Paul standard 2008. The finish is Iced Tea ;)

  • Yeah!!!! Nice

  • hey, as everyone else has said, simply awesome tone and playing. I just got the 210 jvm can you remember or recommend the settings on your amp for this sound?

    thanks and rock on!!

  • @RaNdYMcLovin1 Thank you so much !

Well, the sound of the Les Paul does its bit here. I don't remember exactly the settings on the amp but you could try this : OD1 channel, gain:6 , treble:4, middle:6, bass:6, presence:0 and resonnance:3 or 4.

    ;)

  • Man that sounds so sweet nice solo'ing

  • great tone !! can u record with ux2 without pod farm ?

  • Hello. Could sound. Cld. you tell me your settings for the JVM (Channel, Mode, Treb., Mid, Bass and also the presence and resonance)?

    Tnx. Peace.

  • very tasteful playing what kind of delay you use and which settings?

  • @atlan4255 Thanks !

My delay pedal is a visual sound H2o. I don't remember exactly the settings sorry ..

  • AWSOME sound !!!

I cant believe this is impro ^^

  • dorian and penatatonic right?

  • @metachozoite Yes and the minor harmonic scale ;)

  • @RGplayer01 Nice improvisation! Can you tell me which part you're using dorian? I'm assuming you're playing in the key of A so there would be a major 6 (F#) in the scale. Where are you using that? Thanks a lot! You play really nice!

  • That is such a sweet guitar.

  • Just wondering what channel and mode you used on this because this is somewhat in the neighborhood of my usual lead sound and I'd like to start there when I find a store that has one in stock and change parameters to see what else it does. I don't know if they were all sold out at Christmas time or what, but the big chains don't have JVMs on the floor or in the back!

Are you getting that from the crunch channel? OD1? What mode? Thanks!

  • @WayMoreGuitar

I used the crunch channel (red mode) and the OD1 channel (green mode) on this. I don't remember exactly how I set the EQ of each mode... The JVM is a great amp, really. There are 4 channels and 3 modes per channel, so 12 different sounds in one amp ! It is strange that the big chains don't have any JVMs in stock. A lot of guitar shops have a JVM (head or combo) here in France...

  • Wow. Very nice feeling and sound.

  • Your Marshall is sick.. are you using a pedal or the overdrive channel? I don't think that's a stomp box LOL... Marshalls have the that real rich overdrive channels. I don't care for overdrive channels in Fender amps. They sound to harsh. I love my twin though. Keep rockin.

  • @4937645 Hey, yes that JVM is awesome. I didn't use any distortion pedal on this. Only the Crunch channel (red mode) and the OD1 channel(green mode) on the JVM. Keep on rockin' !

  • Did you run the delay through a loop?

Did you find any issues with the loop?

  • @WayMoreGuitar Yes I ran the delay through the FX loop and I have not had any problems yet. But I heard that some people have troubles with the FX loop...

  • What year is your LP?? Is it chambered?? sounds great. Reminds of Bonamassa.

  • @4937645 My Les Paul is a standard 2008. Yes the body is chambered. this guitar sounds really good

  • Nice sounds and playing. I like the way that you roll off the highs like Jeff Beck, Satriani etc. I do that too. It's warmer.

So how loud was the amp on this?

  • @WayMoreGuitar Hey thanks ;) I don't remember exactly. I think that the master volume was at 3

  • its a sustain monster man :))

  • Very nice playing and sound man.. you should call it Bedroom Blues

  • @KforKotzaba

    Thanks :) it's a good idea !

  • @KforKotzaba

    Thanks :) it's a good idea !

  • Sounds great man !

  • What a wonderful instrument!!!

  • Nice playing and nice tone !!!!!!!!!!

    But please tell me something!

How you did it , for the videos!

You recorded with playback in same time , or you used a moviemaker ?

  • @wardhox

    Hey thanks !

I recorded the lead part with the backing track with Audacity and I mixed the video and the sound with moviermaker.

  • Very nice ton and playing

  • fuckin sweet improvisation man! love your tone and style. keep it up :)

  • Nice played, great tone. Is it a Les Paul Traditional Iced Tea?

  • @AlexGatsis Hi ! thanks !

It is a Les Paul Standard Iced Tea :)

  • @RGplayer01 Thanx, very beutiful guitar! I'm about to buy a Les Paul Traditional... not yet decided between the desert burst and the iced tea! You're iced tea it's simply awesome!

  • It sounds good. I like a little more bite in the treble, but it sounds real good. Nice job.

  • perfect gear, perfect sound

  • Very, Very good playing and tone!

  • very sweet man!!

  • Nice playing :D !!

love the sound of ur guitar :D what pickups has it ??

and what song are you playing ??

    5 stars !

  • @26101994

    Hi ! Thanks :)

The pickups are the Gibson Burstbuckers Pro

I'm not playing a song, It's an improvisation on a nice backing track

  • youn play with soul bro

    good work.

  • great

  • Sweet dude! Where'd you get the back track from?

  • Hey dude, nice playing and stuff!!I own the 410C like you and i have a problem.I'm playing along with my boss ME-50 in the loop but when the loop fx is on the quality of sound gets crappy. When i turn off the loop fx and play just w/ guitar and amp the sound is perfect. All i need is some delay!Did you notice any change in sound when with your delay the fx loop is on or off?Sorry for my English, greetings fro Greece!

  • Splendid way to showcase your new (and awesome) gear. My favorite of your videos posted so far. You are gifted (but there was probably also a lot of hard work)!

  • you look like Adrien Brody

  • Do you mind telling me wat scale or mode you r playing?

  • @firegeek22

Yes sure ! C major scale and A minor harmonic scale :)

  • @RGplayer01 Thanks a lot man.

  • fuck that's awesome

  • Awesome man!!

  • Nice...

    Very very beautiful !!!

Sounds and play are perfect ...

  • At what master volume did you record this?

It sounds absolutely marvelous. I love the tone! :D

  • @megatroll Thanks :)

the master volume was probably at 3

  • And you are very talented my friend! I've played for five years, and wish I could play like you. I'm close, but am still learning a lot of soling theory. What technique and scales do you use?

  • @LeeChavezMusic Mate , use ur ears and ur eyes lol :D

  • Did you just use th Line 6 as an interface? And no pod farm or amp software on the computer?

  • Great tone and playing !

  • very nice. good job!

what year is that les paul? thanks!

  • @islandboy40 2008

  • Thumbs up for your playing and for finally listening to someone who dials in a great sound on the JVM!!

  • Great playing, and great tone... how loud was the amp?? i was wondering if it is possible to record with this amp in an apartment without the cops showing up :D

  • i said ""oooo" out loud when i sad the amp and gibson :( awsome sound man keep on rocking!

  • Hi, I just have to ask. I'm thinkin about selling my TSL to buy a JVM. I have a LP Std too and your tone in this vid is awesome. Is this sound coming directly from the amp or is it mixed and manipulated somehow?? And which channel on the JVM was this... Again.. I love this tone,

  • Hi, thanks!

The sound comes directly from the amp. I used the Crunch channel (red mode) and the OD1 channel (orange mode). The JVM is a great amp. Very versatile and powerfull. Believe me, It rocks with a Les Paul plugged in it. I'm at your disposal if you need more information.

  • Hi, I play a LP through the TSL but it sounds nothing like this. I know it's just a vid and I'm not hearing it live but it stills sound amazing.. I'm selling a few amps, I'm for sure gonna try a 2nd hand JVM after a sell those amps.. Very nice playing, I can tell your a fan of Satriani :) I like the pinched notes...

  • Nice tone. Are you tuned to standard pitch?

  • @rjluterii

    thanks !

The guitar is tuned half a step lower, so Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb

  • such a beautiful amp ....

  • good recording very good sound !nice playin too and by the way beautiful guitar!

  • Sounds bloody wonderful man, loving the new gear, your les paull is beautiful! that was completely perfect. awesomeee
