i cant even describe how much i agree with you. im going into 9th grade and i have to read the pearl by john steinback. thats not bad, not nearly as bad as the stuff you had to do. it feels like we're being robbed of our childhoods, kinda. teens are being so occupied with this bullshit work theres just no time to do anything else. like george carlin says, when can a kid sit around and play with a fuckin' stick?
