Love DIO, saw him around town and knew his bassist Jimmy Bain, who lived in the apartment right next to my girlfriend in Hollywood. I remember one party around '91, I think there were 100 people crammed into his tiny apartment, like 300 more around the pool. The whole freakin apartment building were out partying and singing along to metal at like 2am in the morning. Some great freakin' memories.
