the sad thing about this was that they showed the weak version instead of the actual version, cutting out a surprising amount of violence and GAR that was performed by Sakura... sometimes even Toonami made mistakes *cough* Hamtaro *cough*

4Kids didn't dub CCS. Nelvana did and then KidsWB made further edits to the nelvana dub. Nelvana dubbed every episode and aired them in order in Canada, KidsWB edited the episodes further and aired them out of order.

I remember having a childhood crush on Sakura... And I thought Li was super awesome just because he reminded me of Link from The Legend of Zelda. Man those were the days. I used to practiced reciting his quote, "Oracles of Gold, Wood, Fire, EARTH, Cloud, Wind, Rain, and Electricity. Force, Know My Plight Release The Light!" Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, and Cart Captors heavily influenced me. Toonami/Adult Swim inspired me to draw and inspired me to produce music. CN, however,gets a face palm.

You gotta give the Old School Toonami guys credit. They made an intro that made CCS look like an action cartoon like Yu Yu Hakusho and Dragonball.

Although watching this makes me wonder why can't they re-make this dub like they did One Piece recently?

are u serious? have u even seen the dub? they cut ALOT of stuff in it, even things that didnt need cutting that was needed for the storyline. They made it into this action oriented show when really it wasnt like that. they basically made sakura's (and its not saKOORA) character as the main lead into almost a heroine role with Li having all the spotlight. Also they canceled the dub before ending it (they only had 1 last season to go) what a fuked up way to shit all over a good anime.

i really don't remember this show being on toonami.what i remember was cardcaptors where on kids wb. But then again there was a time period where i miss toonami because we didn't have cable.

There was a period where a few toonami shows were on the WB and WB shows were on Toonami Cardcaptors being one of them. Ironically, the show did better on Toonami, than on the WB.
