I hope that wherever she is that God gives her the love that she always needed. It really hurts to know why God would allow someone to suffer like Gia did. But I am sure she is in HIS care right now. RIP.

That's actually how many of the most successful models looked - plain with perfect facial canvases to embellish. With Gia's face, it could be made up to look like anything -soft, innocent, hard, sexy, all American, ethnic, etc. With someone like say Angelina Jolie, there is very little range to her looks, she always has the same face.

Yes I think Jolie was perfect for the role...And even though people say that HBO's "Gia" was not completely truthful to what really happened I think they need to remember that it's a movie, not a documentary..if you want the whole truth then you gotta see JJ Martin's "The Self-Destruction of Gia". And you prettylilleo777 or whatever the fuck you are...insulting people will not exactly make them respect your opinion...you'd better look for another tactic

the appeal has almost nothing to do with beauty.self-destruction is not a sign of ignorance cuz you make it sound like that.self-destruction is often the fate of people who see things from another point of view and who instead of getting swallowed into everyday superficial problems dig deeper. however beautiful she was,fashion world was definitely not the place for that girl. she got lost into what people wanted her to be.i suggest you read more about her before you pass judgment

I am sorry I just do not see it . What was so great about her she was a self destructive junkie who happened to be very pretty. What is the appeal? Anyway sorry if I offend anyone who is enamored with her just wondering about the psychology.

BB may have been strong, but she wasn't happy - she even attempted suicide after the birth of her only child. Even to this day, she seems to be quite the misanthrope, preferring animals to people. Really, can you blame her?
