When holding down the button then tapping download won't work. What you need to do is "click" on the "here" button. Then it will take you to media fire. (It's still all cool) It'll say something like.. "There was a problem with your download".. Then you'll see a timer going. (Should be 5 sec count down) After that, It'll say "Your download is restarting". Wait about 5-10 secs THEN the weapon.dat download will appear. (Little green button) click download!! Follow the rest of the guide and have f

Basically if you download the FWChanger from Cydia, you can make gta3 work even on ios 4.0.1 , it just acts like you have a newer version. Tell me if you need a repo and a description)

lol thats not a cheat, thats a cheap ass hack that pretty much makes the game stupid easy. find a way to open or connect a keyboard and try the actual cheats. this can be done on some android phones but im not sure about iphones/ipads

Android devs found out how to edit the files already, enter cheats with a Bluetooth keyboard or wii remote, and inject hexadecimals (and you don't even have to root, as where you have to jailbreak your iOS device just to do this)... And this is all iOS has done? That's exactly why I'm ditching my iPad 2 for an Android tab, iOS is freaking boring and stale.
