the only way you can garnish my wages is if you take me to court file the suit and send me a letter from the court and i miss my apt . . . no ones going to do that for a 1000 dollers
Move to Pennsylvania. Texas North Carolina and South Carolina. These states are not allowed to garnish wages from credit cards. Its on google. And I know I live in PA.
This guy is probably legit, but a wise man told me that when the shit hits the fan, just cash out (literally through a private vault, that nobody can touch) and default on everything, and just start over.
LOL. the guy is in his 30s, a millionarie many times over, and has never worked for anyone.
Pay the IRS, of course. But everyone else, can really go fuck themselves.
So lets say the garnishment goes through. Will it be applied towards principle or just to endless interest. And what is the likeliness that they will garnish a bank account as well.
I know why you're worried about me wasting your time. You want to cash in on the millions of bankruptcies that are taking place before the "harvest" is over. You're just like all the rest of the lawyers.Right from the start in this video you're hounding the guy to "gimme the money, gimme the money", I need the whole $900 up front. You're all a bunch of money-hungry pricks that parasitize society. All you do is punch in their fucking information into a form which they can do themselves online.
Wow, you sure do have anger issues. $900.00 to do a bankruptcy properly is more than reasonable. Often when people try to be their own attorney they find they would have been better hiring an attorney in the first place. The reason why a person has to pay upfront is because they are no longer responsible for their debts. Including debts to an attorney. My advice to you and don't worry its free. Lighten up life is to short 4merCIA
Isn't it amazing how lawyers can charge for their services in advance, regardless of the quality of their work and MANY times losing cases that they assured their clients that they could win-while almost everyone else, doctors, dentists, builders, car mechanics, college professors, etc have to get paid AFTER they do the job-AND IF THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOBS WELL ENOUGH,YOU DON'T PAY THE BASTARDS! It should be the same way with lawyers-there no better than anyone else.
They can only garnish your wages by going to court and if you lose, they can only take out about 16% of your wages, no more, even if it's college loans where you owe a fortune.

They will just take all the money out of the bank account. Then they will garnish your wages. They will take interest as well as principal.
