I actually have a genuine 3DFX graphics card and love playing this on an old classic PC I have which is just for old games. Carmageddon, Need For Speed (IISE, 3 and Porsche 2000), GTA 1 and GTA London just to name a few!

LOL, i finally made this to work but in the race when i press escape (pause) the camera spins around the car very fast, faster then supposed, the cd drive is spinning faster and faster when i watch the intro of this game and other stuff, it might has somthing whit that to do

I know for a fact you dont need a 3dfx card to answer your question.. as undoubtedly you now know :D

does this work on every computer? i have onboard video cards in my two computers and can't get it run. one comes with ordinary graphics, the other i get an error message. holy shit i can't play any of the nfs series properly :(

hmm not sure exactly. I have windows xp. Make sure you copied the 3dfx exe from the cd. The rest you'll have to google I think. sorry! Best of luck.

I'm using dgvoodoo at maximum settings and the results are fucking great. The only bad thing is that you can't use the cokpit view in 3DFX mode.(But on the other hand: Does anyone really need it?)

The zeckensack glide wrapper is better than DGvoodoo , but it doesn't support Geforce :(((

i use 3Dfx Emulator Version 1.6.0 its freeware 4.2 MB before extracting , when i try to Emulate (CTRL+E) it tells me bettr to make backup before , but always i get tis error , i think there's something wrong with my system :( is this the same version you using ?

What 3dfx emulator are you using? Try to reinstall it or redownload it.

What are you trying to backup?
