Government ban these drugs because they want to control the people in everyway and for their own ends. Yet they are quite happy pumping people full of chemical anti depressants which in essence destroy the bodies natural healing process!! It's all about control and money, we are just the guinea pigs for the sick merry go round!!

too much of anything is bad. but kava is pretty benign and has lots of benefits. i'm an ex opi-addict, and opiates fucked up my insides pretty badly. i always feel like i have to go pee, even after i've gone. it is horrible, i can't drink alcohol or caffiene or spicy foods or sugar cuz they make it worse. the worst part is trying to fall asleep. i've been like this 3 months and kava actually takes that feeling away and helps me get some sleep.. so it's wonderful but like anything don't abuse it.

@seanbrooks535 its only illegal in a few countrys...in the whole of the eu its banned for imputation if its going to be used for consumption.. mine always makes it through customs ok though

Thanks for the interesting Videos, didn't realise Kava was completely banned - I was under the impression you could still sell it in NSW if you have a license or something? I also heard that it can cause liver damage like cirrhosis with prolonged use and that was one of the reasons for banning it in Aboriginal communities. That's unfortunate about the use of herbals that have lead to death, herbs like many other chemicals can be dangerous if used or prepared incorrectly. kava = nice. Govt. = :(

I just started using kava kava liquid extract today for my panic disorder. I'm a design student. It's good to know that it reduces the photographic memory! :-) I really need that!
