  • Love your vids been watching for years!

  • Very nice man, aren't you hyperextending at the end though?

  • @Der1metzger Yeah actually probably a bit.

  • at 210lbs i pull 600 for 6.

  • 495 for 10 thats pretty fucking solid

  • did he died

  • *POP*

Blood vessel explodes all over the camera, that's some heavy liftin bro, nice

  • well i would have to agree with you but man the volume takes it out of you i do one set to fail and i do multiple sets to fail so it do sets to fail and when my body cant take any more i do one set to fail each exercise of course i warm up to the heavyest weight but thats the way i do it i also go light one week and heavy the next

  • impressive!!!! RUSSA

  • Dude, you had 2 more.

  • Great pull bro...very powerful. 5 stars!

What's your 1 rep max and body weight? If you don't mind me asking...

  • My best so far is 625, at a bodyweight of about 235.

  • Very impressive bro...congrat's and keep it up! Thanks for answering my question...

  • Great, smooth form.

  • Perfect form. Very strong set.

  • I just got his video and would reccomend everyone to get it!!! It will clear up any confusions about the training. I have been doing it all wrong until tomorrow when I start back up!

  • good lift

  • Perfect

  • naaaaahaaaaaaasty

u lil scrawney bastards that are critiquing... just shut up

  • Jason your one strong mofo!

  • very impressive.

  • A regular deadlift requires you to lower the waist, it's not a consequence of being an ego trainer.

  • I agree, however as i said before some people tend to take this concept too far and tend to drop a little lower than is beneficial.

  • you try pulling 495 for 10 with picture perfect form.

  • Doing negatives on deadlifts will destroy your back. Tell any expert on the movement to do negatives and they'll laugh in your face.

  • Anyone who laughs in this guy's face, this guy who is doing 5 plates for reps, is not an "expert."

There is nothing wrong with being strong as a fucking ox and repping heavy on deadlifts.

Don't try to control the negative if you're doing a max single, but for God's sake, get some perspective.

  • Sheesh,500 must be light day.

  • nice nice i wanna see more :)

  • Awesome!!

  • Great!

  • very good lifts

  • Very impressive! How tall is Jason? How much does he weigh?

  • He is 5'9 and in the 240's right now

  • @daisimae wow 240lbs that's beast
