I can't say anything about the incident in question on the subway, but this professor isn't convincing at all because he's just using his authority as a professor to make vast generalizations about ALL Hong Kong people (over 7 million people!). He's not using sound logic or proof, and he's even less convincing because he throws out slurs left and right (is this an educated form of reasoning?).
