  • Mike Rodgers gets Health Lobby $, Free Gov Healthcare which us poor suckers pay 4 thru Taxes, gets a generous pay check & the perks. While I have an Overpriced under Insured Health Insurance policy thanks to Blue Cross/Anthem of Calif I can bearly afford now. And I won't be able to afford it in a few years. I worry constantly about it. I'm a Taxpayer now. If I have to drop my policy & I get sick I will have to declare Bankruptcy! Mike Rodgers is part of the problem not the solution.

  • Where were all these "Carring Repubs" including Mike Rodgers when Pres Bush was in office & they had a Majority vote? When did they say they want to reform the Health System when they had a chance w/ their marvelous Ideas under Bush? They only come out of the woodwork when they have to & go after ANY reform. Nixon as I remember was the last Repub who really was serious about this problem. If Obama would agreed to all their "ideas" they'd back out w/ some lame excuse. "Waterloo" sez it all!

  • justlook, U can say whatever u want but Health Ins reform is not just for poor people. I'm self Employed & my Health Ins costs & benefits are ridicous. I am not a Christian but I don't stereotype people & no one should should be in a position to be denied affordable healthcare period. We are talking about people's lives not free cheese. You may want to rethink your religous views if you to come up w/ excuses not to be part of the solution. We have a Corportocracy as it concerns Health.

  • Health Insurance Companies aren't the solution they are the Problem.

  • Great video

Screw the poor and sick, who cares, and you call yourselves a caring Christian nation?

This guy does have reading problems, or teh ability to analyse what he i sreading, look at what proportion of GDP is being spent on healthcare for ths "haves" and see if it is sustainable, the poor can go and die, plenty more where they came from I guess.

    Long live the Republican right

  • sourensarafyan, It is clear to me that you have not read the healthcare plan! If you really agree to this plan....I will pray for you....pray that you will gain some insight on how this healthcare plan would work. I really feel sorry for you and hope that next time you open your mouth that you will actually know what it is your talking about!

  • If you think that this is such a great plan....why is it that most of the democratic leaders disagree with it?Why do you think that a very liberal state who has not voted a republican in to the senate in over 27 yrs voted repubilcan??? I think the american people now know how crazy obama is

  • Hey Jude -- you can always tell you're winning an argument with a liberal when they start calling you names.... Rogers is no clown: he's spot-on, and your problem Mr. Delux, is the majority of the country agrees with him.

  • This moron is either a liar or has no reading comprehension skills. Take away his optional government run health plan and replace it with the limited plans we have. But to really get the truth from clowns like Rogers we need to stop all lobbyists from buying Washington.

  • Oh yeah and page 44 of the bills talks about advance notice of plan changes, pharmacy benefit managers transparency requirements and nothing more.

  • but why the hell would anyone want their health plan when we would all get sweet ass plans as Mr.Rogers has.

  • Does anyone know the URL of a site with the exact words of the bills sitting in Congress, or if such a site even exists?

  • Mike Rodgers needs to be kicked off his Government Health Plan! What the Hell are we paying for this Guys Health care for? Mike Rodgers your supporters are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome! Why don't they investigate how much money you receive from Health Insurance Lobbyists?

  • That's because our health care providers will be throwing us onto the government run train--reck! Mike Rogers is speaking honestly.

  • I GUARANTEE that those who scream the loudest against public health care will be the first in line to receive it when the time comes..

  • i agree.. thank you. someone needs to read 1,200 pages of boring crap to see its nothing more. glad to hear someone speak up for those who don't

  • Thank you Congressman Rogers for listening to the people where this Goverment run Health Care Program is concerned. We need all the help any one can give. Keep up the good work! Janet Lantz, LaPorte, IN

  • Thanks. The posting on YouTube is a shining lite on much of the questionable BS that has been loaded into this and other bills.

  • Thank You Congressman Rogers for Speaking the Truth! I am glad we do have a few in Washington who still believes in the individual! Please continue your effort to Stopping this GOVERNMENT from trying to run every part of my life! Don't ever forget that the USA is the GREATEST NATION IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD! Please Help Keep it that way!

  • Government run health care is not the answer. The government has no right to tell the citizens of this united states what insurance they will have or what doctors they will go to. God forgive the government for what they intend to do for I can not.

  • I feel the government has enough control if not too much control of our United States. This country is supposed to be for the people and by the people but the people are having less and less say in how this country is run. The idea of giving the government control of our health care is truley not the answer! God forgive them for what they plan to do because I as a 65 year old united states citizen who has worked all my life, can not.

  • Rep Rogers,

I am impressed. If you can resist the special interests you will go far in the hearts of Us the US.

  • 1,200 page bill???!!!!! One World Goverment it's here in the making today. Please listen to this man.

  • Congressman it's refreshing to hear your words on this subject. Thank you!

  • Mike Rogers for President.

  • Excellent - well said. Mr. Rogers. I have a great deal of respect for leaders such as yourself that are standing up and speaking out.

Now we need a reform plan that helps get the government even further away from healthcare so that the free market can do what it does best.
