Dumb question, and maybe I missed it - do you put dummy rounds in your pistol when dry firing, or leave nothing in the chamber?

@calebargh I do use a dummy round when dry firing a 1911. Using the shim trick with the Glock, I don't bother as the striker isn't.......striking.

@calebargh I generally don't have anything in the chamber when dry-firing. I like to keep separate the motions I go through when shooting and when dry-firing, so don't like to "load" anything into the chamber when doing the latter.

wholly crap, I thought dry fire was boring, but when you compare it to this video dry fire seems like BASE jumping!
