They have discovered so called neolithic polyhedra including some of the platonic solids

but this find predates Archimedes or Plato by a millennium. Beside that, Plato as well Archimedes had have traveled lot Pyramids were already very very old than, it would be hard to guess how far in time peoples sophistication goes.

yes, the ancient Greeks, in particular Plato, discovered the Tetrahedron, Hexahedron, Octahedron, Dodecahedron, and the Icosahedron, and this Icosahedron is an exact replication of an original Icosahedron. Thanks for the good question.
