If you are looking for a real education on the constitution why would you EVER listen to a politician? There are scholars who are not admittedly biased towards a particular ideology, and that is a FAR better source for information. If you are looking for someone to validate a one sided conservative viewpoint, this is you. If you want a more unbiased narrative, there are people who dedicate their lives to the subject without having a political agenda behind the teaching.

Probably not because its someone with a different political ideology interpreting history to promote their own understating. Sarah Palin's "Paul Revere" fable? Same thing. This is a one sided education. There are people who professionally dedicate their lives to this subject in a non-partisan way, NOT this guy.

It's rather depressing how this video holds 32,500 views (at time of posting) while the second video contains just 12,000 and they consecutively drop. People need to consider their priorities; this is an incredible lesson no matter where in the world you live. It got me started on my journey to truly understand the constitution and all government.

@bneyens ummm since when,,,did someone have to be a "noted" scholar., to understand our constitution, sorry, but that sounded totally liberal...and with his knowledge of the constitution, whom would you say has to authority make him a noted authority? The way that someone becomes a "noted authority" is by knowing their area of study, and evidently, he does. I have also studied the constitution for 22 years, He seems to have it down pretty good.

I had him researched, professionally...he has no searchable information..which can mean a couple of things with the finding we did acquire..,1...he is 184 yrs old, 2...He is using an Alias...3....he is someone making money off the constitution, a subject that anyone can learn simply by reading...4...he is a ghost. but overall..but..he did do a decent job covering the information.

What is the difference? If you listen to a democrat/liberal speak on the constitution you will get a very different interpretation of the same subject. The position of a true scholar is to take both sides and find the objective truth. You won't find the objective truth from ANY politician, right or left.

The Constitution is a contract between the states. So if the contract is nullified in anyway by a breach in contract you're free to suceed. I wouldn't suggest it as anything but a last resort. I would start by a 10th amendment declaration and see where that goes before you potential make an act of war. haha The Feds like power and they will try to keep it at all costs.

States don't have to "leave". People, independently correct and define their nationality.

The "States" each ARE countries by right.

Countries united under the key premise laid down by the Constitution. All intention was clearly to limit the Federal power.

The 14th Amendment circumvented the Constitution by creating the voluntary corporate "U.S. Citizen"

Return to your state country and leave the corporate U.S. behind.
