Someone obviously bribed those students! No one enjoys the Extended Essay when it 2 am the morning it is due and you are nowhere close to 4000 words! The phrase IB therefore I BS also seems to be excluded.... although it's the main thing someone learns during IB!

At least not at my school. Here, we learned first that 2,000 word essays are absolutely nothing. I can sit down at my laptop and crank out a decent 1,000 to 1,500 word essay in a couple of hours or less given no distractions.

And all because of that STUPID EE. (And..."Things Fall Apart", "Air", "The Poisonwood Bible", "Love in the Time of Cholera"...eep.)

@ultimateu2br Well that's one way to think of it. Perhaps your looking at the TOK too technically/ rigidly. Perhaps your a a technical person. I mean I'm not yet in a position to say but the TOK sounds like you have to delve deeper into your core beliefs, principles and knowledge to understand knowledge itself et c. I'm just saying.

@lifelessperson1993 TOK is not philosophy. TOK is just an introductory pragraph, you do nothing related to real philosophy. Secondly they probably payed those students in order to tell you it'sfine and, considering the video, it might as well be true. Nevertheless believe me, i was looking forward to some philosophical lessons in TOK which wasn't like Maths. I was simply greatly disappointed.

@jayze494 To be honest, I'll advise you to consider carefully your other options first, then decide whether or not to start IB. This is just my advise though so take it with a grain of salt. But honestly IB is "good". You're almost certainly gonna get a big shock as to how overwhelming the course is but you'll manage eventually, sooner rather than later if you're consistent.So think carefully when u choose IB. Consider ALL alternatives 1st then if u're sure about IB jump in and DON'T look back.
