This is so true. Plots do get dug up and resold if and only if, for example over 100 years and there is sign that no one has attended the grave site or signs of neglect. Now we know how the Native Americans feel when we dig them up their ancient burial grounds to make room for new development.

i always knew this but if you look at illinois alone thousands of people live here and hundreds are born every day and hundreds die everyday ,,,,,where do you think they go,,,,,where is the room ,,,,stacking on top,,,,,if a person has been dead for 100 yrs,,,,, or 50 they use that spot,,,the coffin is there but has sunk further into the ground when rain making room for another casket

The Village of Alsip should be SUED!!!!!!!!!!! Many people made complaints to them about this cemetary, had they investigated when the complaints were made, this probably wouldn't have continued to happen.

Something of this should never have happened. These people were getting away with a crime that have never been reported if someone only than employee had not reported it. My hearts dwells with the loved ones but where have you been in 4 years? But then again there is one grave just opened. When did this really start and where else does crime go unreported? Every job has a scheme
