#1 His business expenses are 100% exempt; he can take all of it off,

#2 Obama has said he is willing to pay more taxes because he can afford it.

#3 All Fed. Employees - from the President to Postal workers have the same medical.. When they leave, the can get COBRA and that is an expensive rip off.

#4 Pelosi was REQUIRED by Homeland Security to fly the way she did in case some right-wingnut got stupid ideas.

Now I'm neither a tax attorney or a small business owner, but Jim claimed that ALL gross revenue from his business was taxed. If this is true, then how did Boeing pay no tax last year? I don't know many small business owners who are at that $250,000 range who are flying around in Corporate jets or who fit in the category of millionaire or billionaire. If you have time, let's talk about forming a cohesive group of citizens across America (state by state) who agree to run for the house / senate on the basic pledge of a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution - once the amendment is passed and ratified, we go home. A side benefit of this approach would be a thorough house cleaning in Washington, DC.

"THANK YOU" and I "SALUTE YOU" Mr. Jim Garvin. I once had a small business which failed and no one came to bail me out. I closed the business down and paid my debts from such. Regarding raising the retirement age none in Washington have ever done manual work in the elements. Eliminating the waste is the answer not raising this age. I agree with term limits and not allowing the passage of any law for the "people" that doesn't apply to the politician and/or government workers. YES WE ARE FED UP!!

Well said. I have a good friend, and Godparents to our son, who is an executive at a major credit corporation in America. As a "direct" result of Dodd/Frank, his credit corp will have to close probably within the next year because they cannot meet the impossible reserves being placed on them, and the enormous amount of regulations. His is a multi-billion dollar institution. Imagine the small community banks that will not be able to exist. Taxes and Regulations will kill this country.

Congress should be limited to 2, 2 yrs terms and the senate should be limited to 2, 3 yr terms, then they have to get hired again by the people.
